Third time the charm Karmie's Weight loss Journey

So I am starting on a Journey to losing weight and getting health. I figure if I have people to be accountable and encourage me. I will be more motivated to get up and get my step each day and eat food that will fuel my body. I have done this twice before . However I am planning on the third time being the charm. I start back at it in July of 2017 . I have already as of Oct the 26 lost 39 lbs and I don't plan on stopping there. I am open to suggestions and Helpful tips .
