We are a small gym that focus on the community. Activities range from working out to sparring, grappling, and competing. In the early days our main focus was on MMA. We still take the MMA approach of hard realistic training but now we focus more on the people and less on the competition. We have people that still want to compete in MMA (and will) but they do so now mainly to test their technique and get the experience. The cage is a great way to prove your technique works in as closet to really life or death situation you can without bringing weapons.
