Sashimi Brothers

Childhood friends, Josh Schott and Josh Panzarella are from a frequently cloudy city in the Northeastern Pennsylvania mountains. Their musical partnership was born out of a happy accident when one Josh discovered the other Josh’s voice. They have been collaborating for quite some time despite living in different cities, traveling, work, and other personal pursuits. ‍ However, in Summer 2017, when Philadelphia became home base for both, Sashimi Brothers accelerated into a full time pursuit. ‍ You can expect to be continually approximating Sashimi Brothers’ sound. At the intersection of where dream pop, indie, jazz, and hip hop meet, you can find their airy, yet propulsive, and densely layered sonics.
