What's up guys! This is Alec, this all started with my own personal journey in February of 2015 when I was tired of being sick and tired. I was no where NEAR close to being happy with my body and wanted change. I made fitness my passion, hobby, and mission to not only change my physique but set out a goal to inspire and change countless others! I'm on a mission to help everyone earn an amazing physique. You can't put a dollar sign on work ethic. I get asked all the time, man how much do you spend on the gym, supplements, food?
