This channel will be focused mainly on natural hair. I will also include information on weight loss as well. My last relaxer was April 2009. I big chopped July 2009. With hardly in curl to them but when they do curl they look like small s curls. My back is curly. Like cork screw curls. I guess it is 3c/4a with a little 4b. I don't know. I like the lois hair typing system. My curls are S/O. My hair is fine and spongy. Im not a product junkie. I keep my products very simple and all of them can be purchase out of your local store such as Sally's Beauty Supply and Walmart. All weight lost is done naturally without any help from diet pills or surgery. I do it by exercizing and eating right. I don't lose weight quickly. I don't know any get fit quick tricks. I lose weight slowly. Some months I lose 2 pounds, some months I lose 10 pounds some times I don't lose any weight. Check my stats. My weight loss did not happen overnight. Just keep trying your best. Eat everything in moderation. What I mean is read the serving size on the package and eat the actual serving size. I believe that you do not have to completely deprive yourself of your favorite foods. Eat what you like but be reasonable people. Don't worry if you are not losing weight as fast as you want. Those small amount of pounds lost adds up. And remember any lost is better than a gain.
