NeW bEAt FUNd combines punk, funk, reggae, hip hop, and soul elements to create an alternative genre that is not easily defined. Hailing from Los Angeles, their music takes its cues from the Southern California lifestyle, but maintains a universal appeal. Influenced by a wide variety of artists, New Beat Fund can be compared to anyone from The Red Hot Chili Peppers, to the Beastie Boys, to 311.The four-piece has been sharing their sound with fans across the country, playing everywhere from Warped Tour to shows with blink-182 and 3OH!3 to local frat parties. They are currently in the studio working on their debut album.
