Dedicated to health & Weight loss! UPDATE: I have lost a total of 170 pounds. We moved to America and I gained 30 pounds back that I am trying to lose again. I'm trying to get surgery for lipedema to remove the diseased fat that cannot be burned through diet and exercise. My lowest weight ever is 212 pounds and the rest of the fat left on my body after that is lipedema. I also have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome.
