Eat differently - recipes

When it comes to cooking, I am a total amateur, although I must admit that standing by the pots gives me great pleasure. This channel is dedicated to everyone who wants to eat a bit differently but don't have time to cook. I will only post here quick and simple recipes, and at the same time those that meet my dietary requirements - easy to modify and use also in elimination diets - e.g. sugar-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, lactose-free, vegetarian, vegan, keto. etc. There will be no fireworks and sophisticated dishes here, but simplicity, minimalism and only goodness :)
