Argonaut & Wasp is the Brooklyn based band composed of Trey Schibli, Theo Klein, Alec Donkin, and Chris Corsico. Formed by a chance meeting in a dorm room between Trey and Theo, Argonaut & Wasp grew from a Vermont college band to a New York City mainstay, selling out residencies and rooms such as Rough Trade NYC, Music Hall of Williamsburg, and Bowery Ballroom. “All across the country, dancers are boogieing to the clang of guitars and singing along to original vocal hooks like it’s Manchster circa 1983, but in New York City, it’s Argonaut & Wasp supplying the infectious hooks.” The group takes “cues from ’70s funk and ’80s synth-pop culture, with a healthy serving of mid-aught dance-rock too.” - Billboard
