Anna Melva Johnson

Anna is currently training for a BFA in Music Theater at The Hartt School for Theater, Music, and Dance in Hartford, CT. Her song "Boys on Bikes" was a Socan Foundation - Sirius XM Young Canadian Songwriter Winner. Also a winner of the Write Out Loud 2021 contest for Musical Theatre Composers and Songwriters, Anna's song "Year in Review" was recorded by Broadway Alumni Micaela Diamond and debuted at 54 Below in early 2022. She was honoured to be selected as a Pepsi Youth Finalist for the Ship & Anchor 16th Annual Songwriting Contest in 2019. Anna performed at the Production World Junior Songwriting showcase at Big Valley Jamboree. She is proud to be the Youth Grand Winner for K-Days 2018, a "Stingray Young Performer at the Winnipeg Folk Festival - 2018.
